Session 2025 - 2026
NOTE: These guidelines/instructions are important and must be read by all parents before filling the online application form for all classes for the session 2025-2026. Please take a printout of these guidelines and read them carefully.
Key Information:
- Registration Open
- Total Number of Seats: Limited
- Application Fees: Rs. 500.00 (to be paid online, non-refundable).
* Due to the limited number of seats, it will not be possible to admit all applicants. The application does not, in any way, guarantee admission to the school.
Online Registration Open for Classes:
- Bal Vatika: Age 4+ as on 31st March 2025
- Prep Class: Age 5+ as on 31st March 2025
- Class I: Age 6+ as on 31st March 2025
- Class IX & XI: Streams available for Class XI - Science (Math/Bio) & Commerce.
Note: Only online applications are permissible.
Important Dates:
- Interaction for Bal Vatika, Prep 1 & Prep 2: Date will be intimated telephonically.
- Entrance Exam for Class XI: Date will be announced soon.
- Entrance Exam for Class III to IX:

Guidelines for Filling the Online Application Form
The following steps must be followed to fill the Online Application Form:

Step 1: Read the instructions carefully and click on the I AGREE button, then click on PROCEED.

Step 2: The Online Application Form will appear. Read and fill the Application Form carefully and properly. Fields marked with “*” are mandatory. (Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the software).

Step 3: For sibling applicants, type the Admission Number and press Enter. Details will automatically be fetched.

Step 4: Click on Submit; an acknowledgement slip will be generated for your records, containing your User ID and Password. Ensure that the pop-up blocker is disabled. Note that the form, once filled, cannot be edited. You will also receive your User ID and Password via SMS on your registered mobile number.

Step 5: Log in using the User ID and Password and take a print of the form on A4 sheets only (after receiving the acknowledgement). Submit the printed form to the school along with all the required documents (Xerox copies).
Dear Parents,
Hari Om!! Chinmaya Vidyalaya reserves the right to cancel the admission if the following documents are not produced at the time of admission:
- Birth Certificate of the student (issued by a government authority).
- Transfer Certificate (T.C.)
- Report Card
- Photograph of Parents
- Parent’s Aadhar Card
- Student’s Photograph & Aadhar Card
- Blood Group of the child
- Permanent Education Number
* Shortlisted candidates will be informed through Email/Phone/Message/School Notice Board.
